DEVELOPMENT OF CAMPUS PARKING AND TRAFFIC FEES AND REGULATIONS

Parking fees applicable for each campus of the University of Arkansas shall be approved by the Board of Trustees. The Chancellor of each campus shall recommend such fees through the President to the Board of Trustees.

Other campus vehicle, traffic, and parking rules and regulations shall be determined and administered by the Chancellor of each campus after consultation with faculty, staff, and students through such procedures as the Chancellor establishes. The Chancellor shall recommend such rules and regulations to the President for review and approval and the President shall, in turn, place such rules and regulations on the agenda for consideration by the Board of Trustees. After Board approval, each Chancellor shall file the regulations affecting the respective campus with the Secretary of State in accordance with Act 328 of 1967.
