RESTRAINING OF DISTURBANCES AND DEMONSTRATIONS

The President and Chancellors or their designees are authorized to direct the filing of legal proceedings in the name of the Board of Trustees to enjoin and restrain the continuance of any disturbance or demonstration on, or in the vicinity of, University property where, in the opinion of the person so authorized, there is, under the facts, a legal basis for such action and the good order and welfare of the institution would be served thereby.
